Life is about to get a whole lot sweeter for Thomas Rhett and his wife, Lauren

In just a few short weeks, the couple will welcome their fourth daughter and the country superstar says they’re more than ready for her arrival.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the “Country Again” singer shared an update about Lauren’s pregnancy and couldn’t help but to praise her for all that she’s gone through with being pregnant.

“She’s okay. Lauren has, her pregnancies every time, like ,she’s just nauseous a lot, but she’s such a trooper and such a fighter and such a champion,” he gushed. “And we’re just getting really close to the point of like ‘I just wish we could have it today.’ So, I guess six more weeks and we’ll be ready to rock.”

With three daughters already at home, the Thomas and Lauren are season parents, but one thing that’s proving to be more difficult this time around is deciding on a name.

Rhett revealed that they have a few names picked out already and that there’s one frontrunner.

“This has been hard, just because you put so much thought in the first one, and second one and the third, and you’re like, ‘Well we have to spend a lot of time on this one as well.’ And so we’ve gone back and forth and thinking about state names, thinking about flower names, thinking about places that we love, could that resonate into a name? So we’ve landed on a couple,” he shared.

“Georgia is my first choice, I love the name Georgia for a girl,” the current CMA Male Vocalist of the Year nominee added.

With just a few more weeks until the arrival of baby No.4, Rhett is soaking up the last few nights of his Center Point Road Tour, which wraps on October 9. Rhett said that getting back on the road after so much time off “feels so good.”

“We got a little taste in May. Did a few shows in Texas, and really got after it about five weeks ago. And we’ve been doing Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sundays up until then, and it’s just been a blast,” he admitted. “I don’t think I knew how much I missed it. But when you’re off the road for a year and a half, you come back with a different kind of energy, and so do the people that are coming to the shows. So it’s like this whole 100% and 100% just going at each other, like, the whole night. It’s just been a blast.”

Earlier this year, Thomas and Lauren gave fans a look inside their Nashville-area home in an issue of House Beautiful. Click HERE to see photos of the couple’s “perfectly imperfect” home.
