Multi-platinum pop trio Jonas Brothers dropped their highly anticipated new single, “Strong Enough,” featuring vocals by rising country superstar, Bailey Zimmerman.
Back on October 26, the sibling band took to Instagram to drop some major hints regarding their next release. The photo in the post simply featured four red solo cups with name tag stickers for Nick, Kevin, Bailey and Joe, written in that order, leaving fans to speculate what unexpected project was in the works between these artists.
Shortly after, they revealed the title and cover art for their new song, which dropped today (Nov. 10).
Collab Out Now
Listeners will first hear Zimmerman’s gritty vocals launch the first verse of the song with a simple beat echoing in the background. The production of the tune slowly builds with momentum until reaching the chorus with the addition of a string of stunning harmonies by the Jonas Brothers.
Together, the artists sing, “So light me up, twist me something good, make it strong enough / Last long enough, before the night is up / Just give me something good, pour me all your love / Make it strong enough, I’m never comin’ down.”
The remainder of the mid-tempo track finds band members Nick and Joe trading off verses as they showcase their distinct vocal ranges amid the inviting guitar plucks and relaxed beats while Zimmerman adds an unexpected, but much-needed twist to the sure-to-be crowd-pleasing track.
