Vincent Mason has bowed out of his previously scheduled performances with Jordan Davis this weekend, sharing that his family is going through a “difficult time.” The announcement came just hours before Mason was set to take the stage at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO as part of Davis’ highly anticipated show.
The rising country act was slated to perform a full weekend of shows, beginning with tonight’s stop in Colorado, followed by Independence, MO, on Friday (Sept. 26) and St. Louis, MO, on Saturday (Sept. 27).

He apologized to any fans hoping to catch him at one of the above stops, but noted he felt it was the best decision to step away from his performance duties to be with his family as they navigate this time.
“I’m sad to share that I won’t be able to play Red Rocks tonight (along with the other scheduled shows with Jordan Davis this weekend) as my family is going through a difficult time,” Mason’s statement read. “I felt like the only right option was to be with them this week. I’m sorry to anyone who was looking forward to our set.”
He ended the message by sharing his gratitude for all the love he has received from both his and Davis’ fans and promised to be back on stage in the near future.
“Thank y’all for your support and understanding and we’ll be back on the road soon.”

Despite his absence this weekend, Mason still has a slew of upcoming dates with Jordan Davis on the books, including a stop at Radio City Music Hall on October 2. He’s also slated to join the Louisiana native in Australia in March of 2026.
Meanwhile, fans are also patiently waiting for the breakout star to drop his highly anticipated major label debut album, There I Go, set for release on November 7.
Mason serves as a co-writer on all but one of the 14 tracks on the project, allowing him to give fans an authentic look into important moments of his live over the past several months. He illustrates life on the road, navigating love and loss and the growth he’s experienced in that time.
So far, he’s shared an early glimpse into the upcoming collection through advanced releases of songs like “Damned If I Do,” “Days Are Numbered,” as well as fan-favorites, “Wish You Well,” “Hell Is A Dance Floor,” and “Painkiller.”
