Carly Parce and Lee Brice delivered a memorable performance of their Top 15 and climbing duet, “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” during the ACM Presents: Our Country pre-show on Sunday (April 5).

Pearce and Brice recorded their clips from the comfort of their homes and were joined by Pearce’s bandmates.

Together, but apart, the singers shared a stunning rendition of the song.

After their performance, Pearce shared a message with fans, encouraging everyone to continue to practice healthy habits during this time.

“Country music fans, we love you guys so much,” she said. “We want you guys to stay safe during this time because if we stay safe, we practice social distancing, we wash our hands, we’ll all be together soon. We love you guys so much. You’re what makes our heart  and our world go ’round.”

“I Hope You’re Happy Now” was written by Pearce alongside Luke Combs, Jonathan Singleton and Randy Montana. The track is the second single from Pearce’s self-titled sophomore album.

ACM Presents: Our Country aired on Sunday (April 5) at 8:00 p.m. ET on the CBS Television Network and on CBS All Access. The two-hour special also included performances from Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryan and many more. The show also showcased clips of artists’ favorite moments the ACM Awards’ 55-year history.
