Chase Rice recently sent his dog Jack to duck camp for two months and the moment they reunited proves dogs are truly man’s best friend.
In the clip, shared to Rice‘s social media accounts, the black lab can be seen enthusiastically running toward Rice. Jack can barely contain his excitement as Rice embraces him.
“When did you get so big,” Rice exclaims as the pup greets him with kisses.
“He’s HUGE! Jack boy! Hey, Jacky,” Rice adds as he continues to pet Jack.
The video, which has nearly 300,000 views, raked in comments from dog lovers everywhere. In the post, Rice admitted that he wasn’t sure if Jack would remember him, but by the looks of it, he never forgot.

It appears Jack’s time at duck camp paid off. Rice recently took the pup on his first hunt and he was apparently a “duck machine,” per Rice.
“The coolest deal to get to see your dog becoming just what you thought he could,” the North Carolina native shared alongside a photo from their hunting adventure.

Rice added Jack to his family in May and introduced him to fans via social media.
“One of the best days of my entire life, y’all meet Jack,” the chart-topping singer/songwriter shared at the time.

Since then, fans have witnessed Jack growing up via social media through photos and videos shared to Rice’s various accounts.
Jack will likely join Rice on the road as he is soon set to embark on the Blessed & Free Tour with Kane Brown.
The new leg of the tour kicks off in Indianapolis on January 6 and runs through February 6, where it’s set to wrap in Las Vegas.
