American Idol finalist Chayce Beckham joined forces with country superstar Luke Combs during the three-hour American Idol finale on Sunday (May 23) for a performance fans won’t soon forget. 

Beckham and Combs teamed up for a duet of Combs’ latest single, “Forever After All.” The singers flawlessly traded vocals throughout the heartfelt tune. Beckham‘s confidence shined as he held his own alongside the country chart-topper.

The star-studded American Idol finale aired on ABC and also featured performances from Sheryl Crow, Chaka Khan, Mickey Guyton, Lindsey Buckingham, Fall Out Boy, Alessia Cara, Leona Lewis and Macklemore as well as the Idol judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie.

Several contestants from the Top 24, including Alyssa Wray, Arthur Gunn, Cassandra Coleman, Casey Bishop, DeShawn Goncalves, Hunter Metts, Phillip Murphy and more, returned to perform during the finale as well.
