Thomas Rhett recently put his wife, Lauren, to the test as he quizzed her on how well she knows his music catalog. The hilarious moment was captured on video and shared to social media with the caption, “Welcome to Laur’s takes. I’m your host, Thomas Rhett.”

He started off by asking, “Do you know the names of all five of my records?”

Without much hesitation, Lauren named the first project correctly with It Goes Like This. However, things started to fall apart a bit as she guessed Unforgettable as his second album. This response caused Rhett to erupt in laughter as this title is actually a track off his third studio album, Life Changes, while his sophomore collection is named Tangled Up

Can Lauren Name His Albums?

After a bit of pondering, Lauren asked for a hint, to which Rhett then questioned whether or not she actually knows the names of any of his albums.

Going a bit out of order, she was able to recall two more titles –Country Again (Side A) and Center Point Road.

“Can I ask you a serious question? If I never put music out ever again, do you feel like you would notice?” Rhett jokingly asked. “Like honestly like five years on the road, you go, ‘Hey, what single do you have now?’ And I be like, ‘I retired five years ago.’ Do you think you would actually notice?”

“This is embarrassing,” he added with a laugh.

Having a bit of help from someone off camera, Lauren excitedly yelled out the title of his second album, Tangled Up

“I was so close. It was just right there,” she said.

Rhett then challenged her to name any tracks off his most recent record, Where We Started. Lauren sat with a blank stare of confusion as the “Church Boots” singer quickly jumped in to say, “If you don’t, it’s okay cause the rest of the world doesn’t either.”

She explained that she thought his latest record was Country Again (Side B). However, the second half of this collection has not been released yet. Listeners got to hear Country Again (Side A) in 2021, but instead of dropping the second side immediately after, Rhett released Where We Started in 2022.

“Oh God. Here we go. The comments are starting to flood in, ‘Me too.’” Rhett said predicting the response of fans who are also confused by the fact that they are still awaiting Country Again (Side B).

The lighthearted video received words of praise from many fans and wives of fellow country stars including Russell Dickerson’s wife Kailey who wrote, “Thisssss 😂😂😂😂😂😂” and Charles Kelley’s wife Cassie who shared a similar reaction as she said, “Dead 😂”

Gabby Barrett also chimed in saying, “This is great 😂😂😂😂😂😂”

Many fans also came to Lauren’s defense in the comment section. They claimed that while Rhett is heavily involved in his music on a daily basis through songwriting, recording in the studio and performances, her focus is primarily on raising their four daughters, Willa Gray, Ada James, Lillie Carolina, and Lennon Love.

That being said, Rhett is also known for making his family a top priority, no matter how busy his work schedule may get. His wife and kids are often seen attending his shows or even joining him on stage from time to time.

This summer, Thomas Rhett will return to the road for the Home Team Tour 23 with special guests Cole Swindell and Nate Smith.

He announced the news through a light-hearted video on social media while sporting various jerseys that represent the home teams of the many tour destinations during a mock press conference.

“HOME TEAM, this tour is for YOU! Hitting the road all across the US next year and bringing my buddies @ColeSwindell & @NateSmith with me,” Rhett’s caption read.
