Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley was reportedly arrested for the third time this year, according to People.com.
The publication confirmed that Kelley is facing seven charges after being arrested on Oct. 27 in Albermarle County, Virginia. According to a report from the Albermarle County Police Department, the 28 year old was charged with three felony grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing a van and trailer belonging to a church. Other charges include driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime.
Following the incident, Ground Zero Church in Charlottesville, shared a GoFundMe asking for donations to purchase a new van after its van was reportedly stolen “from in front of our pastor’s home by Grace Pauline Kelley.”
“The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss,” the donation page reads.
The church is hoping to raise $30,000 and has collected $3,302 as of 11 am ET on December 3, 2024.
“We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley,” the Pastor Kent Hart shared.
He later added, “We hold no animosity towards Grace and we hope and pray the best for her and her family.”
Fox News reports that Kelley is currently detained at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
Kelley was previously arrested in August of 2024 on three charges: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly.
Four months prior, she was arrested in Alabama. On April 5, she was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations and several days later, on April 11, she was hit with a soliciting prostitution charge for reportedly exposing her “breasts and lower body” on a busy Alabama highway.
According to The Daily News, the soliciting prostitution charge was dropped and the charge for indecent exposure was changed to public lewdness.
Grace Kelley was previously sentenced to eight years in prison. In 2016, she was arrested for possession of meth and later pleaded guilty to the manufacture, delivery, sale, and possession of methamphetamine.
She violated her probation when she departed a court-ordered drug rehab program, began serving her eight-year sentence in 2017, and was eventually released six years early and put on parole, according to Fox News.
Grace Kelley is one of two children Judd shares with her first husband, Arch Kelley III. They were married for just two years and have two children together, Grace and Elijah.
