Hey Country Now, I’m Anne Wilson! I’m going to take you along for a Day In The Life while on the I’m The Problem Tour with Morgan Wallen. This tour has been an absolute dream come true and I’m so grateful Morgan invited me out. So excited to share these special moments with you and give you an inside look at what life on the road is like! 

Soundcheck

Soundcheck!! My band and I get to the venue during the afternoon on show days to prep for our performance that evening. It’s been so surreal to be on these stadium stages and to share my music and the gospel every night with SO many people. 

Getting Ready Backstage

After soundcheck, we have some downtime, and this is when I get all glammed up for the show! I do my hair, makeup, and vocal warm-ups. 

In Santa Clara, CA Levi’s Stadium gifted me with a custom 49ers jersey. I absolutely loved it!! ❤️

Before every show, my band and I talk through the set list to make sure we all know what we are doing musically for each song, and we can all be in sync and know our cues. 

Pre-Show Ritual

Group huddle with my band for pre-show prayer. We take a moment to thank Jesus for bringing us here and to get everyone excited for the concert.

Right before we walk out on stage, we always take a moment to pray together as a team. Then, in our pre-show huddle, we put our hands in the middle and say, “1, 2, 3, yippee-ki-yay!” It’s our little tradition, and it always gets my heart racing in the best way. I get so excited every single time—ready to worship and give it all for Jesus!

Taking The Stage

Standing on that stage and singing to a stadium full of people was unreal. Getting to open for Morgan Wallen and share new songs from my EP—like “God Story,” “Til the Road Runs Out,” and “Devil Is Too” with a crowd that big is something I’ll never forget.

Meeting The Fans

Right after I walked off stage, I got to meet some sweet fans who came out just to see me. It meant the world. I’m so grateful for every one of you. Your love and support never goes unnoticed!

Big Surprise

Just got off the stage and I had the best time! I was on such a high — the crowd was absolutely amazing. My team told me they had a surprise for me when I got back from the stage. I couldn’t wait to see what it was…

My label and my amazing team surprised me with TWO plaques and told me that I had just hit 2 Billion Career Streams and my song “Sunday Sermons” was RIAA Gold Certified!! Honestly, I can’t believe it! I’m so thankful to each and every one of you who’s been listening to my music. It truly means the world to me. What an amazing way to close out the night. The Lord has been so faithful through it all, and I’m so excited to see what He has in store next!
