Emily Ann Roberts has officially found her label home at RECORDS/Sony Music Nashville.
The East Tennessee native will make her label debut with the release of “Jack & Jill Daniel’s” on Friday, September 5, marking a milestone moment nearly a decade in the making.
“They say Nashville is a 10-year town, and that would add up since I got into the music business back in 2015,” Roberts said. “While this is a massive accomplishment, I know this is just the beginning. I’m excited to get to partner with RECORDS/Sony Music Nashville and I can’t wait to see all we accomplish together.”

She shared the signing journey on Instagram, reflecting on her path so far and celebrating the milestone.
“Even though it does feel like a long time coming, it also feels like I’m just getting started,” she admitted.
Roberts has been steadily building her reputation as one of country music’s most promising voices with independent releases like “Scratching Out A Living,” “Easy Does It,” and “The Fence.” She’s also featured on Drew Baldridge’s new release, “Get Me Gone.”
Fans first met Roberts on Season 9 of The Voice, where she earned the runner-up spot. Since then, she’s stayed true to her classic country and bluegrass roots while growing a loyal fanbase online and racking up nearly 75 million global streams as an independent artist.
Over the years, she’s shared the stage with artists like Blake Shelton, Clint Black, and Jamey Johnson, and this fall she’s hitting the road with Cody Johnson and Megan Moroney.
Her recent accomplishments include being named to the CMT Next Women of Country class of 2024 and lending her voice to Walt Disney World’s Country Bear Musical Jamboree attraction, where she performs “Try Everything” from Zootopia as Trixie St. Claire.

Recently, during an appearance on Southern Living’s Biscuits & Jam podcast, Roberts reflected on the advice Shelton gave her as her coach on The Voice, that she’s taken with her throughout her career.
“When I was on the show, I sang a lot of traditional country music because that’s what I love… And Blake pulled me aside and was like, ‘Don’t let anybody change you. You know, the music that you make and what comes out of you naturally, that’s what you have to follow, and that’s what you have to honor,’” she recalled. “And that meant so much to me to have someone as successful as he is tell me to stay true to myself, you know, just the way that I am.”
Emily Ann Roberts has never shied away from staying true to herself, and with this new record deal, even more people will get the chance to experience her undeniable talent.
