Season two American Idol alum Josh Gracin and his wife, Katie just announced that they are expecting their second baby together.

In a new Instagram post, the singer/songwriter shared a photo of his 3-year-old son, Luka Roman, holding up a sonogram image with the words “coming January 2024” written on the framed board. The young boy had a big smile on his face as he helped his parents share the news while standing in front of Cinderella’s castle in Disney World and a pink Mickey ears balloon.

“I think the new big bro is a little excited!!!,” Gracin wrote in the caption.

Due to arrive in January 2024, the new baby will join his big brother Luka as well as Gracin’s four children from a previous relationship: daughters Isabella Sophia, 14, Gabriella Ann, 16, and Briana Marie, 20, and son Landon Joshua, 17.

Gracin and Katie have been husband and wife since the day they said “I Do” in May 2017. The pair dated for two years following their initial meeting at Nashville hot spot Tin Roof where Katie, now a graphic designer, worked while she attended college.

“We got to talking and realized we had a lot in common, so I asked her on a date,” he previously told People. “Our motto is that there are no accidents, only reasons. How we found each other and fell in love is the reason we believe and live by that.”

Then they extended their family when they welcomed Luka on January 13, 2020, People reports.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our son Luka Roman into the world,” the singer shared with the publication. “My amazing wife endured so much to make sure our little boy arrived healthy and happy! We are beyond blessed.”

Gracin is often sharing sentimental moments with his family social media and on May 6, he penned a heartfelt message to his other half in honor of their six-year wedding anniversary. Alongside the kind words, he shared a throwback photo which he revealed was taken eight years ago.

His caption read, “One of the first pictures we ever took together 8 years ago. Today we celebrate 6 years as husband and wife. All that has lead to you, made it possible for us to love each other through all that life has sent or will send our way. You are my person, my life and forever my wife.”

After appearing on season two of American Idol, Josh Gracin went on to release his self-titled debut album, which spawned hits like “I Want To Live” and “Nothin’ To Lose.” Since then, he has dropped three more projects along with several singles including his latest, “You’re On Fire.”

The new tune ignites a flame of desire between a couple who feels as though their passion for each other is electric. Between Gracin’s soaring vocals and the abundance of epic guitar riffs, “You’re On Fire” serves as an upbeat windows-down anthem.

“You’re on fire, fire / With gasoline and matches, baby / Light it, light it / I can feel the heat between us burnin’ / Two hearts and electric lips / I can’t get enough of your kiss / Fire, fire / All night till the smoke and flames keep risin / Higher, brighter / Been holding out for a chance like this / Let’s take a risk / Make it last / Till the red hot embers turn to ash / Fire, fire / You’re on fire, fire,” he sings on the chorus.
