Anne Wilson is counting down the days until she hits the road with Morgan Wallen as a supporting act on his 2025 I’m The Problem Tour.
Catching up with Country Now during the Grand Ole Opry’s 100th Anniversary celebration, Wilson reflected on the unforgettable moment she got the call inviting her to join the tour.

“Morgan Wallen’s my all-time favorite artist,” she admitted. “I’ve always loved his music and that’s been one of my dreams is to get to be on tour with him. I got the call a few months ago and I was just freaking out. Could not believe that I get to be a part of it and I’m so excited about it.”
The songstress will join a rotating star-studded lineup of established acts including Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel along with fellow rising stars like Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and more.
The 20-show run named after Wallen’s upcoming album is set to launch on June 20 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The stellar lineup of singer/songwriters will make their way to venues across Florida, Arizona, California, Ohio, Ontario and more. With a second stop recently added in Madison, Wisconsin, Wallen’s appearances will mark the first time an artist has played two consecutive nights at Camp Randall Stadium.
Wilson recently posted a video to Instagram showing how she is preparing for Wallen’s fans by testing herself to see how many songs from his catalog she can guess. This game proved that she is a true fan as she was able to name nearly every track, just by hearing a few chords.
The Kentucky native is still planning out her setlist for the upcoming run, but any fans who are looking forward to catching her set can definitely expect to hear some of the fresh music she plans to release over the summer. She went on to tease that a new project is in the works that will mark the start of her next chapter as a contemporary Christian singer.
“We have this new record coming out, which I’m excited about. I think it’s so cool to get to be in a place where I can just release new music and kind of get into this next chapter. We just released my last album a year ago, but we’re ready for a new chapter already and some new music,” she shared with joy.
This collection will follow 2024’s REBEL project, which she previously revealed was developed over the course of 15 months. In that time, Wilson teamed up with some of Nashville’s most esteemed songwriters to co-write each of the 16 tracks across the genre-bending project produced by Jeff Pardo and Jonathan Smith.

Anne Wilson is fresh off the road from her run on the Winter Jam 2025 Tour. Presented by World Vision, Christian music’s biggest tour returned to arenas across the United States from January through March and featured performances by Skillet, Anne Wilson, KB, Colton Dixon, Newsong, Micah Tyler and speaker Zane Black.
Fans have a few more opportunities to catch Wilson on the road at various fairs and festivals before she officially joins Morgan Wallen on the road in July and August. For a full list of upcoming dates, click HERE.
