Chart-topping country singer/songwriter and 17-year Army and Army Reserves veteran, Craig Morgan was inducted into the U.S. Field Artillery Hall of Fame on Wednesday evening (May 18). 

The entertainer and published author, was recognized alongside other Field Artillery men and women for their brave and great contributions. 33 former honorees of the USFAA Music Tattoo and four living Medal of Honor Awardees who served in the Field Artillery were inducted into The United States Field Artillery Association [USFAA] class of 2022 along with 11 others who were also honored.

The ceremony took place in Fort Sill, Oklahoma – where Morgan was formerly stationed during his time of service.

Morgan took to social media to share photos from the special ceremony, writing, “Honored and humbled to have been inducted into the Field Artillery Hall of Fame. God Bless America.”

In his upcoming personal memoir, God, Family, Country, the Tennessee native reflects on monumental moments in his life and his days in Fort Sill. The book will be released everywhere on September 27th.

The U.S. Field Artillery Hall of Fame will live on Fort Sill to act as an inspiration to future generations of Soldiers and Marines.
