Darius Rucker Reveals New Home Renovation Show, ‘Rucker’s Reno’

Darius Rucker is hitting the small screen! The Design Network has created an original show starring the multi-Platinum artist titled Rucker’s Reno, which will take place in the three-time Grammy-Award winner’s hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. Cameras will follow along Rucker’s journey in reviving a historic mansion in the heart of the historic city. The empty landmark will be transformed into a homebase for his family to enjoy.

Rucker’s Reno will not shy away from addressing the history of the American South and reflecting on how much has evolved since the days of slavery. The six-part series is available now for an early view exclusively to Samsung TV Plus – Samsung’s free video streaming platforms – before viewing will be available on other services on May 30^th.

The country singer/songwriter has a strong love for his Carolina roots as well as an impressive eye for design. Rucker and his team will be restoring the estate one room at a time while also visiting other establishments around the Charleston area. Teaming up with South Carolina Tourism, the series’ Title Sponsor, viewers will get to see some of the most well-known, vibrant spots in the area as well as see Rucker meet up with local chefs, entrepreneurs, fishermen, and friends.
