Blake Shelton is teaming up with his longtime girlfriend Gwen Stefani for a duet on his forthcoming album, Fully Loaded: God’s Country.
The lovebirds will join forces on the track “Nobody But You,” which was written by Ross Copperman, Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne and Tommy Lee James. The song is all about how a loving relationship can better one’s life.
“This was one of those songs where the more I heard it, the more I fell in love with it,” Shelton shared in a statement. “I also realized how important it is for me and where I am in my life, and I think that’s why Shane was trying to get it to me. It fits my story. I was about to go in and record when I decided that it needed Gwen on it – because it is our song. I think it’s magic.”
“Nobody But You” is one of five new tracks appearing on the 12-track release (the project also features seven previously released hits).
Fully Loaded: God’s Country is slated to release on December 13.
Shelton will return to the road in 2020 for his Friends and Heroes Tour featuring special guest Lauren Alaina as well as appearances by The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Trace Adkins.
