“Sorry, this may be a little unprofessional, but…”

Brantley Gilbert helped a member of his “road family” make an unforgettable memory during a recent show.
In a new video shared to Gilbert’s Instagram, he’s seen stopping his set to inform fans that he was dealing with a “technical difficulty” with his in-ears. He then called over Brandon from his crew as well as Brandon’s girlfriend Lia to help sort out the problem.

“Sorry, this may be a little unprofessional, but this is one of my guy’s girlfriends here. She’s gonna kinda help us figure this out,” the country star tells the crowd.
Lia, who appeared to just be enjoying watching the show from the wings, had a suspicious look on her face as she walked out on stage. However, she played along with Gilbert’s request for her to turn her attention to the audience while Brandon got down on one knee behind them, leading everything go just as planned.
The minute she turned around and realized what was happening, Lia covered her mouth in shock and dropped to her knees. She took a few moments to compose herself as the crowd erupted in cheers of excitement and eventfully made her way back over to Brandon to answer his question.
She nodded her head and loudly declared into the mic, “yes!” The next clip found the couple jumping for joy and sharing a kiss over the milestone moment. After the show, Lia showed off her ring while celebrating alongside Gilbert and the rest of their crew.
“A night I will remember forever!! 🖤,” Lia commented on the video.
The heartfelt video was backed by Brantley Gilbert’s 2022 release, “She’s The One.” This powerful tune, written by the Georgia native alongside Brock Berryhill and Taylor Phillips, tells the tender story of a man receiving advice from his grandfather to never let go of the woman of his dreams once he finds her. The song appears on Gilbert’s So Help Me God album.
This isn’t the first time the country-rocker has stopped his show for a very important life moment. Back in November of 2024, he halted his concert because he found out his wife had gone into labor while on the tour bus. Gilbert rushed to help his other half deliver the baby alongside their midwife.
“So last night might have been the craziest night of my life. Watching such an amazing woman do such an amazing thing is something I’ll never forget. Thank you to our road family for rallying around us, Brittany Thornton for helping us bring this little dude into the world, Tupelo, Mississippi for showing us mad love and support, and most of all… Amber Gilbert, for letting me love you and showing me EXACTLY how incredibly strong a woman can be. I love you,” he wrote on Instagram following the incredible series of events.
The couple, who has been married since 2015, are now parents to a 7-year-old son, Barrett Hardy-Clay, a 5-year-old daughter Braylen Hendrix and their newest born son, Abram Howell.
Brantley Gilbert is currently on the road for The Tattoos Tour, named after his newest album. The trek launched in February and continues through the end of April. His next and final weekend of the show will take place across Albany, NY (April 24), Utica, NY (April 25) and Wilkes-Barre, PA (April 26.)
Travis Denning and Payton Smith will join him as special guests on the final dates.
