Kane Brown is committed to his fitness journey and revealed that he just completed a 60-hour fast, challenging himself both mentally and physically.
The country star has been focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and often shares glimpses of his workouts and fitness routines with fans, and today, on his Instagram story, he celebrated the end of a major fast by eating his first meal in over two days.
“I just did a 60-hour fast,” he revealed in the short video clip. “First meal…chicken and broccoli.”

He joked that he “didn’t touch the BBQ sauce” and opted for pepper instead even though it “felt like my throat was about to close up.”
The “Backseat Driver” singer is locked in and read to get more fit than ever.
“About to be a mean, lean ripped machine, let’s get it,” he promised.
Earlier this year, Kane Brown spoke with Men’s Health about his health and fitness journey, sharing that he set several personal goals for 2025. With a major tour ahead, Brown was determined to stay focused and disciplined.
“I stay healthy on the road, it is a little bit harder,” he admitted. “2025, I started my new resolution, no nicotine, stop biting my nails and I try to work out every day. I haven’t started tour yet, we’re about to.”
He admitted that it gets a bit “tricky” trying to eat healthy while on the road.
“The hardest part is usually after show food because that’s when we get fast food,” he revealed. “That’s when you’re going to have to come back and ask me if I’m still doing good.”
With his personal goals on top of mind, Brown also dialed in to his nutrition.

“My diet has changed tremendously, especially this year,” he told the publication. “I’ve tried, I think it’s called saute spinach the other day I ate salmon the other day, which I don’t do, and I’m really just trying to eat as much greens as I can. I remember we were at the airport and instead of going around the buffet and getting different things, I just had a whole plate of broccoli. So I don’t know how I’m doing this, but I’m doing it and you can too. And then that has actually got me into eating other greens.”
He later added, “I used to only eat green beans and peas only and green grapes.”
Working out is a big part of Brown’s life. According to the superstar, he tries to get in a workout every single day, especially if he’s at home and off the road.
“Even my friends tell me I’m crazy. But recently I’ve been doing my regular workouts and then I’ve been having a personal trainer come in and really working out with me,” he revealed and later described these workouts as “intense.”
With his headlining The High Road Tour underway, Brown will be working out from the road and is committed to staying on his health and fitness journey while on tour, even if it means changing up his pre-show routine.
“No snacks for me,” he said. “I will say, I tend to drink a little tequila, which I’m also trying to wean off of and I would love to not have to use it for a show. It usually helps me get my energy up and bring Kane Brown out on stage.”
Brown’s The High Road Tour runs through October.
