2025 is shaping up to be a massive year for breakout star Tucker Wetmore. Along with releasing his highly anticipated debut album, What Not To, he’ll be joining country superstar Thomas Rhett on the Better In Boots Tour 2025—an opportunity Wetmore says he’s especially excited about for several reasons.
As a self-proclaimed “huge Thomas Rhett fan” Wetmore is looking at this tour as an opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business.

“Not to be sappy or cliche, but I’m excited to learn. I’m very green still in a lot of things, in a lot of ways. I just got here and I do have a lot to learn,” Wetmore pointed out during a conversation with Country Now and other media outlets during his first-ever No.1 party.
Wetmore shared that he admires Rhett’s ability to successfully juggle multiple roles, a skill he hopes to master in his own career.
“So I think Thomas, being on the road with the family man that Thomas Rhett is, but also juggling touring, also juggling his creative side, also family. He does it so well and he has all the aspects that I’m looking for in my career and my future,” he explained. “Just learning, continuing to create and getting out there on the road playing some badass shows. That’s what I’m looking forward to.”

The Better In Boots Tour 2025 is set to kick off on June 5 in Rogers, Arkansas. This trek will feature Tucker Wetmore on all dates as direct support, with The Castellows or Dasha set to appear on select dates.
Wetmore’s time on this tour will come on the heels of the release of his album. This project will include his breakout No.1 debut single, “Wind Up Missin’ You,” as well as fan favorites like “Wine Into Whiskey,” “Silverado Blue,” and his brand new single, “3,2,1.”

He will celebrate this milestone album release by making his headlining debut at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium on May 21.
“It’s an absolute dream come true to headline the Mother Church of Country Music for the first time, and it means even more to share it with one of my best friends, Jacob Hackworth,” the current ACM New Male Artist of the Year. “Can’t wait to see y’all on May 21. Feeling beyond blessed.”
