About A Woman Album Out Now
The tour comes in support of Thomas Rhett’s recently released new album, About A Woman. This 14-track collection was created as a tribute to his wife, Lauren, with his live performances in mind.
“I think on this record, I wanted it to be full of songs that I really wanted to play live because if you’ve been to our live show, it is very high energy. We encourage screaming, jumping and dancing and all the things. I genuinely like spreading joy. It’s kind of just my main mission,” Rhett previously told Country Now.
When he went in to write and record for the project, the 34-year-old had one mission: to make people feel good, and it’s safe to say he accomplished that.
“The common thing that keeps coming back is, ‘This is a Thomas Rhett record through and through. You’re not trying to be anybody that you’re not. We can tell that you made this project out of a very free heart space and head space,’” he shared proudly. “I think that is probably the best compliment I could receive when someone looks at me and says, ‘I feel like this is very authentically just who you are as an artist and as a person.’”
The album’s lead single, “Beautiful As You,” continues to climb the charts at country radio.
