Kane Brown kicks off his next headlining run, The High Road Tour, this weekend in San Diego, CA. With each new tour, the country star continues to raise the bar, delivering an epic production alongside the hit-filled set list. This year is poised to be one of his most extravagant runs yet, featuring new music and a one-of-a-kind production setup that promises to be an unforgettable experience for fans.

With rehearsals well underway, Brown teased what to expect from this tour and why its gearing up to be bigger and better than any of his past run of shows.

“So this tour, we’ve built something that’s only been for me, so no artist will have it on stage, which is really cool,” he told Katie Neal in Audacy’s Sound Space studio. “Our last tour I was really focused on, I didn’t want anybody to leave and go get a beer or take a bathroom break, so I was just like energy, energy, energy, energy.”

New Music And Intimate Moments

He goes on to say that his latest album, which inspired the name of the tour, has inspired him to bring in more new songs off the project than he’s ever done before in his live shows. The concerts will still feature plenty of high energy moments, but Brown revealed there will also be more intimate portions of the night when he sits down and opens up about the stories behind some of his most vulnerable tunes.

“We’re going to go through a roller coaster stage of hype songs, and then we’re going to do this really cool thing where we do a campfire and I talk about the songs and I get really personal and close, which is what I used to do at the very beginning of when I started out. We’re going to try and bring that back and bring some tears to the show.”

Could Another Album Be Dropping In 2025?

In addition to preparing for his tour, the multi-platinum artist also teased that he’s ready to put even more new music.  It’s only been a little over a month since Brown unveiled his latest project, but with all the down time he’s had at home waiting to return to the road, he says he’s “hungry” to get going again with a new album.

“We’re trying to put another one out this year. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but we trying,” he revealed.

The High Road is an 18-track project that features a slew of star-studded collaborations with Brad Paisley, Jelly Roll, Marshmello, Khalid, and his wife Katelyn. Plus, Brown recently debuted a special version of the track, “Says I Can,” with added vocals by each of his four soon-to-be tourmates – Mitchell TenpennyScotty McCreeryAshley Cooke and DASHA.

Brown’s post announcing the new song read, “called up some tour friends to join me for this song 🍻 “Says I Can (The High Road Tour Version)” out now. we’ll see you out on the road soon.”

The High Road Tour begins on March 13, 2025, in San Diego, CA and will find Kane Brown visiting 23 cities, including Portland, Montreal, Nashville, and more before wrapping in Gilford, NH on May 25. This fall, he will bring the trek across Europe and the UK.
