The first three dates of Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous Tour have been postponed. 

The country hitmaker took to social media on Thursday (Feb.3), just hours ahead of what was supposed to be the launch of the massive tour, to share the news that a winter storm has forced the postponement of the shows. 

“Due to severe and inclement weather in Indiana, Kentucky and throughout the Northeast, I unfortunately have to cancel the shows this weekend… Here are the new dates,“ the East Tennessee native wrote.

The singer/songwriter encouraged fans to hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for the newly scheduled dates. 

“If you can’t make the new dates or prefer a refund you can reach out to your point of purchase directly,” he continued, adding, “Y’all stay safe, and we’ll see you soon.”

The concert in Evansville, IN, originally scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 3 will now take place on April 14, while the second date of the tour, originally set for Friday, February 4 in Charleston, WV has been pushed until Friday, April 15. The third date of the tour, originally planned for Saturday, February 5 in Allentown, PA will now take place on Friday, May 27.

HARDY and Larry Fleet were slated to serve as support on the trek.

The tour will now kick off with two back-to-back sold-out shows in New York City at the famed Madison Square Garden on February 9 and 10.

The trek comes in support of his record-breaking sophomore project, Dangerous: The Double Album.
