It appears Kelly Clarkson is a big fan of Ingrid Andress

Late last year, Clarkson covered Andress’ song “Lady Like,” and on Thursday’s episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the vocal powerhouse shared a rendition of Andress’ sentimental debut single, “More Hearts Than Mine.”

The cover took place on the show during the fan-favorite Kellyoke segment and found the Texas native putting her powerful vocals on display as she sang the heartfelt lyrics. 

“More Hearts Than Mine” was released in July 2019 and was nominated for several awards, including a GRAMMY for Best Country Song. The track was written by Andress alongside Sam Ellis and Derrick Southerland and appears on her debut album, Lady Like

Clarkson shares a variety of covers during the “Kellyoke” segment of her show, including a recent rendition of Blake Shelton‘s “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking” and Faith Hill‘s “Let’s Go To Vegas.” 

She has previously performed songs such as Billy Currington’s “Let Me Down Easy,” Faith Hill’s “It Matters To Me,” Pam Tillis’ “Maybe It Was Memphis,” Wynonna’s “No One Else On Earth” and Jo Dee Messina’s “Heads Carolina, Tails California.

Other “Kellyoke” segments have also featured covers of Blake SheltonJohnny Cash, Lady A, Rascal Flatts, Travis Tritt, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood and Kelsea Ballerini (just to name a few).
