Kelly Clarkson delivered a goosebumps-inducing performance of one of Blake Shelton’s No.1 singles on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Thursday (Dec. 2).
Taking the stage for the “Kellyoke” segment of the award-winning talk show, the Texas native had her stunning vocals on full display as she sang “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking.”
The tender country tune appears on Shelton’s 2010 EP, All About Tonight. Co-written by Earl Bud Lee and John Wiggins, the song was originally recorded by Joe Nichols for his album, Real Things.
It went on to become a big hit for Shelton, topping the charts at country radio in March of 2011.
Clarkson and Shelton are longtime friends and also star on NBC’s The Voice together. We have a feeling he would certainly approve of this cover!

Other“Kellyoke” segments have also featured covers of Blake Shelton, Johnny Cash, Lady A, Rascal Flatts, Travis Tritt, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood and Kelsea Ballerini (just to name a few).
