Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner are settling into life as new parents with their daughter, Baylah May.

The couple has remained relatively quiet on social media since Baylah’s birth on January 18, however, Foehner returned to Instagram on Sunday (Feb. 14) to share a photo of his wife and newborn daughter in honor of Valentine’s Day.

“Happy Valentine’s/Lord’s Day to my darlin’ girls. It is a privilege beyond words to shepherd a home that has you two in it,” Foehner captioned the adorable image. “Thank you my dear Wife for filling our home with the aroma of heaven, for keeping warm meals ever before us and for bearing me a heritage to our name. If I lived a thousand life ages of this earth, I’d pick you every time, my precious woman.”

The sweet snap showcases new mom Barrett and their soon-to-be 1-month-old daughter cuddling on a couch together. It’s the first public photo of Barrett and her daughter.

A few hours later, Barrett also took to the social media platform to share a photo of Baylah May and Foehner.

“3rd year spent w/ my husband, and first with our little cutie. Thank you @cadefoehner for giving me the greatest gift of all, motherhood, the “I Hope” singer wrote. “Mamas forever Valentines.”

The American Idol alums announced Baylah May’s birth on social media one week after she arrived.

“Gotten to spend a very sweet week with our newest addition.. meet our girl🥰,” Barrett wrote at the time.

Barrett and Foehner met on the set of American Idol in 2018. Their relationship continued to flourish after the show, and Foehner eventually popped the question in March of 2019. The pair tied the knot six months later.

Less than one year after that, Barrett and Foehner announced that they were expecting their first child and it sounds like Baylah May won’t be their last.

“We’re ready to add on to our family and get some babies in there,” the “I Hope” singer recently shared. “I definitely want to have more than one in the future, for sure.”
