Caylee Hammack is gearing up to release her major-label debut album and it’s all about sharing her truth and a little girl power.

The album, If It Wasn’t For You, arrives August 14 and features 13 tracks all co-written and co-produced by the Georgia native. The rising star allowed herself to be completely transparent on the project with hopes that her songs and stories will resonate with fans far and wide.

“I feel like I’m airing all my dirty laundry in this album in hopes of others feeling that honesty and vulnerability and in it, finding a safe haven to be themselves,” Hammack shared in a statement. “I want the nitty gritty to shine through, that’s where the stories are. Every song on this record has a true story behind it, and now I can’t wait to tell those once people listen to the album!”

Included on the project are previously released tracks like “Family Tree” and “Small Town Hypocrite” as well as never-before-heard songs such as “Redhead,” a duet with superstar Reba McEntire, and “Mean Something,” featuring Ashley McBryde and Tenille Townes.

Hammack is one of country music’s brightest new stars and this album is one fans will not want to miss.
