Chris Lane and his wife, Lauren, are giving fans the chance to buy a number of clothes straight from their personal closets.

The pair recently took to social media to announce that they will be dropping their Poshmark closet on March 30. Plus, all the money they make off the clothes will be donated to Wags and Walks, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a dedicated community of dog lovers working to reduce euthanasia in local shelters and increase awareness of rescue dogs being wonderful pets.

Lauren posted clips to her Instagram story explaining, “I have some very exciting news. I’ve cleaned up my closet, which is always exciting, but even more exciting than that, you all know in the past when I do a closet cleanout, I typically list it on Poshmark. In the past, I’ve donated all the proceeds from that to wags and walks. Well, I’m doing that again this time around.”

“However, Chris is joining me. So he cleaned out his closet and he has a bunch of stuff that we’re both listing together, launching tomorrow at 9:00 AM Pacific,” she added. “I’m really excited because it’s such a great way to raise money for the doggies.”

Wags and Walks is focused on advocating for wrongfully stereotyped bully breeds, medical dogs, and mamas + puppies that are often overlooked and at-risk due to overcrowding. Since joining Nashville’s community in 2019, Wags & Walks is rapidly becoming a leading rescue in the area and has saved over 2,700 dogs to date.

Pieces From Their Personal Wardrobes

“You can find pieces from my personal wardrobe (including items worn on tour, at events and limited-edition merchandise.) The best part: 100% of the proceeds will go to an organization that means a lot to us: @wagsandwalks,” the country star wrote on his Instagram alongside photos of some of the pieces that will be up for sale.

Giving Back

Following the recent shooting at the private Christian school in Nashville, Chris and Lauren have decided to find a way to also support their community through this project. In addition to their donation to the nonprofit, they will be matching the amount they make and giving it to the Nashville Covenant School Shooting Fund.

Some of the clothing pieces dropping on March 30 are available to preview through the couple’s Poshmark link. This includes items like a navy suit that Lane donned at the 52nd CMA Awards, several of the dresses Lauren was seen wearing throughout her pregnancy, and a slew of items that the country star has worn on stage, such as a pair of wrangler jeans.

“Chris has some great like Buck Mason stuff, Columbia, Travis Matthew, I have some Free People, lots of denim, AGOLDE denim, CULT GAIA…There’s tons of stuff,” the mom of two teased.

Fans will be able to shop their Poshmark closet starting at 9am PT on Thursday, March 30.

Growing Family

Things seem to be settling down in the Lane household, despite having to adjust to life with two kids. In October of 2022, the couple welcomed their second son, Baker Weston, after a “Very chaotic, unplanned and panicked” birth.

“🤍 Baker Weston Lane 🤍 Our little man surprised us 9 days early, late Sunday night,” Lauren shared at the time. “Still laughing thinking about my water breaking (very aggressive, movie like situation) driving myself to the hospital in Chris’ truck (pantsless btw) because my car was out of gas and Dutton was sleeping 😵‍💫.”

She added, “Very chaotic, unplanned and panicked but the minute he came into this world he’s been nothing but peaceful and perfect. We love you Baker, welcome to the 🌍!”

Their newest addition to the family makes their first baby boy, Dutton, a big brother. Dutton Walker arrived in June of 2021.

2023 Tour

While the “Fill Them Boots” singer spent the last few months enjoying plenty of time at home with his wife and two boys, he is already back on the road and looking at a slew of performances ahead of him.

“Excited to get back at it! 🤠,” Lane shared in a recent Instagram post.

This year, he has opening slots on tours with country music hitmakers like Kane Brown, Walker Hayes and Jordan Davis. Additionally, he will be performing at a number of festivals throughout the summer including Wonderstruck Music Festival, Lakes Jam, Windy City Smokeout, Voices of America Country Music Fest, and more.
