Porter opened the show with a set that included songs from her new EP, Grown. The Georgia native charmed the crowd with relatable songs, including the real-life-inspired “Lemonade.” Fans will have the chance to see Peytan Porter live once again when she headlines Nashville’s The Basement on April 17. She’s also set to open select dates of Tim McGraw’s Standing Room Only Tour later this year.

Drake White took a break from his headlining The Bridge Tour to perform at Country Now Live. The Alabama native inspired the audience with his stories of resilience following his 2019 stroke. White’s soulful vocals were put on display through performances of songs such as “Makin’ Me Look Good Again” and “Mix ‘Em With Whiskey.”

BRELAND got the party going with his infectious energy and genre-bending earworms. The crowd was singing along to every word of “Beers On Me” and “High Horse.” Everyone was having so much fun BRELAND opted to extend his set to perform an extra song: “Praise The Lord!” Later this month, the New Jersey native will bring his live show to Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium for BRELAND & Friends, featuring an impressive lineup of special guests.

Chris Young

Closing out the night was country superstar Chris Young, who is a longtime St. Jude supporter. The Tennessee native took the stage for an intimate acoustic performance and even took a few requests from the crowd.

With just his guitar, Young thrilled with performances of songs such as “Gettin’ You Home,” “The Man I Want To Be,” “Aw Naw,” “Famous Friends,” and more. He also performed “Young Love & Saturday Nights,” the title track from his highly anticipated ninth studio album, which is set to release on March 22.

After the show, Young stuck around to personally meet every fan who rushed to the stage following his performance, taking selfies and signing autographs for nearly an hour.
