Dixie Chicks Set New Release Date For ‘Gaslighter’ Album

The members of the Dixie Chicks have announced a new release date for the trio’s long-awaited new album, Gaslighter.

Originally set to release on May 1, 2020, the Dixie Chicks postponed the album’s release in late April amid the coronavirus outbreak. On Thursday (June 11), the band shared the news that the album will now drop on July 17, 2020.

The Dixie Chicks announced the new album in early March, along with the release of the title track.

The new Dixie Chicks album will serve as the follow-up to 2006’s Taking the Long Way.
