Rising country trio Track45 is giving new life to an iconic Dolly Parton song and they’re premiering a new visualizer clip for the tune exclusively on Country Now.
The sibling trio, who hails from Meridian, Mississippi, recently recorded a cover of Parton’s 1977 hit “Light of a Clear Blue Morning.” The song shares a much-needed message of hope that even the band has found comforting.
“This past year has been hard on everyone, and Dolly Parton’s song, ‘Light of a Clear Blue Morning’ helped get us through some tough times,” Track45 shared with Country Now. “It was so much fun getting to bring our version of the song to life in our “back in time” visualizer, and we hope it brings y’all as much joy as it did for us to make it!”
Track45 puts their musicianship and harmonies on full display in the new performance clip, which can be seen below.

“Light of a Clear Blue Morning” appears on their recently-released five-song EP, Big Dreams, which is inspired by their move to chase their big dreams in Music City.
Comprised of Jenna, Ben, and KK Johnson, Track45 turned heads with the release of their debut EP, Small Town, and single, “Met Me Now.” The song, which was the No.1 most-added at country radio upon its release, finds the group reminiscing over an old flame and wondering what could’ve been if the romance had blossomed later on in life.
Jenna, Ben, and KK are each accomplished songwriters and musicians with individual publishing deals and writing credits that include Justin Timberlake (“Believe”), Charlie Puth (“Patient”), Lee Brice (“One Of Them Girls”, Dierks Bentley (“Gone”), HARDY (“Give Heaven Some Hell”), and Thomas Rhett/Kane Brown (“On Me”).
