After Monday night’s live rounds, The Voice contestants learned their fate during Tuesday night’s results show and country singer Ben Allen remains safe thanks to his coach, Gwen Stefani.
Team Gwen’s Carter Rubin received the most votes from America, so he was deemed safe. Stefani was then given the opportunity to choose a contestant to move forward to next week’s live rounds. Stefani ultimately chose Ben Allen to advance over Payge Turner and Joseph Soul.
Stefani, who stole Allen stole Allen from Blake Shelton during the Knockouts. called the opportunity to work with him “a dream come true.”
Allen, who has covered songs from artists such as Kenny Chesney, Luke Combs and Brooks & Dunn will return to The Voice stage to perform on Monday, December 7.
