Gwen Stefani Throws Surprise Party For Blake Shelton’s 45th Birthday

Blake Shelton’s soon-to-be wife Gwen Stefani pulled out all the stops for the country singer’s special day last week as he celebrated his 45th birthday.

The surprise party, planned by Stefani, was a moment shared with all of the “Minimum Wage” singer’s friends and family. The party was decked out with “HBD 45 BLAKE” balloons, a man dressed in a Superman suit, a gold crown for the birthday boy and even a cake with Shelton’s face on it.

The couple appears to be happier than ever as they get ready to tie the knot this summer.

“Ever since they got engaged, they have both been adamant that no wedding will happen until it’s safe for family and friends to attend,” a source shared with People. “They are both ecstatic that it can finally happen. Stefani also paid tribute Shelton on Father’s Day with a touching post featuring rare photos of her sons with the country superstar. 

“Happy Father’s Day to the most generous patient loving funny guy I know – we love u so much,” she wrote. 

While a Stefani/Shelton wedding date has yet to be confirmed, Stefani is already prepping for the big day as she recently celebrated her bridal shower with friends and family.
