The highly anticipated “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026” celebration is on the horizon, and several country artists are set to take the stage and ring in the new year with epic performances as part of this year’s star-studded lineup.
For more than 50 years, ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” has been the ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration that never fails to deliver unforgettable performances. From Taylor Swift’s iconic 1989 medley in Times Square to Jennifer Lopez’s breathtaking aerial performance, and recent high-energy sets by Sabrina Carpenter, Lenny Kravitz, Alanis Morissette, Jonas Brothers, and Duran Duran, the show has lit up stages across the nation and is expected to bring the energy again this year.

Last year, Carrie Underwood closed out the special with a powerhouse performance in the heart of New York City, drawing more than 29 million viewers at midnight.
This year’s telecast is expected to be the longest in the show’s history, featuring dozens of performances across multiple time zones. Performances kick off in New York City’s Times Square and continue through Las Vegas, Chicago, Puerto Rico, and beyond. Country fans will get to see even more of their favorite artists take the stage alongside pop, rock, and many other genre-defining acts.
How To Watch
The country’s most-watched New Year’s Eve celebration, put on by ABC and Dick Clark Productions (DCP), the world’s largest owner and producer of televised live event entertainment programming, will air Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 8:00 pm-4:00am EDT on ABC, next day on Hulu.
For the third year in a row, Dick Clark Productions and iHeartMedia are joining forces to ring in the new year with “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.” Viewers across the country can catch the live celebration on 150 iHeartRadio stations, including Z100 New York, KIIS-FM Los Angeles, KISS FM Chicago, Q102 Philadelphia, THE NEW MIX 102.9 Dallas, and more.
The festivities kick off Tuesday, December 31, at 8:00 p.m. EST, with a live stream also available on the iHeartRadio app.
Who’s Hosting?
Ryan Seacrest will team up with Rita Ora to co-host the celebration from New York’s Time Square, while GRAMMY® winner and Chicago native Chance the Rapper will headline the first-ever Central Time Zone countdown live from the Windy City. Joining the festivities in Times Square, NFL star Rob Gronkowski returns alongside Julianne Hough, who will make her debut as an NYRE co-host. This year’s star-studded lineup spotlights some of country music’s biggest names, bringing a bit of Music City to the Big Apple.
