It appears the stars may be aligning for Jelly Roll, 41, and Bunnie XO, 46, as they prepare for what could be an exciting new chapter: expanding their family with twins.

In her newly released book, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, Bunnie XO reveals that the couple has officially found a surrogate and hopes to welcome twins in the near future.

“Now that we’re finally stable financially and somewhat emotionally after all the healing we’ve done over this decade together, we’re talking about the future—including growing our family,” she wrote in the brand new book. “J and I have a surrogate, the sweetest woman ever, and soon I’ll be starting my IVF stims.”

While Jelly Roll is already a proud dad to Bailee Ann, 17, and Noah, 9, and Bunnie has long embraced her role as a devoted bonus mom, this would mark her first biological children.

“With the help of the most unselfish woman willing to carry twins for us, we’ll be able to make our baby dreams come true,” she added.

Fans know this is a dream the couple has been openly discussing for years. Back in 2024, Jelly Roll shared that both his age and his health played a major role in their plans to grow their family.

“My wife and I are talking about having a baby, and it really made me realize that at almost 40… it means I’ve got to live to at least 60. I’ve got to see this kid in college,” he said during an appearance on the Bussin With The Boys podcast.

The Tennessee native later admitted he once never expected to live beyond his mid-fifties, but the thought of becoming a father again gave him a renewed sense of purpose.

“My plan was never to be 60, it was to be like 55. But now I’m like, well, I’d like to see my sixties. You know what I mean? And that really lit it up,” he explained.

Since then, Jelly Roll has committed to improving his health, shedding nearly 300 pounds as part of his journey toward a longer, healthier life.

Bunnie has also been candid about their decision to pursue in vitro fertilization (IVF), explaining that while they initially planned to keep the process private, they ultimately chose to share their journey with fans.

“We had planned on doing this privately but decided our IVF journey needed to be shared because we’ve always been so open. And with all odds stacked against us, it’s already been hard and we have only just begun,” she said.

While acknowledging that some may criticize them for starting a family later in life, Bunnie made it clear she isn’t concerned with outside opinions.

“I’ve waited this long to have kids with someone I knew would be a great father — and to be able to make sure they have the best life,” she wrote.
