Multiple GRAMMY Award-winning country music sensation, Kacey Musgraves, debuted her wax figure inside Madame Tussauds Nashville.

The new wax figure mimics Musgraves’ outfit from the 2019 Houston Livestock Show and rodeo. It is styled in a white lace jumpsuit with a nose stud, gold rings, and hoop earrings, as well as donated heels.

Seeing Double

Providing the ultimate interactive experience, Musgraves’ figure allows guests and fans the opportunity to participate in a duet performance by singing along to the most popular songs from her chart-topping studio albums.

It Took Six Months To Craft

A team of 20 artists based in London dedicated six months to craft the lifelike Madame Tussauds figure of Kacey Musgraves, the latest addition to their collection. They worked directly with Musgraves’ make-up team and hairstylists to obtain her exact measurements, hair color, eye color, skin tone, and complexion.

“What an honor, I never even knew I wanted this to be a bucket list moment. You all did an amazing job,” Musgraves said in a press release.

Musgraves joins other country icons like Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, and Reba McEntire, in the Nashville wax museum attraction. The museum is the brand’s only wax museum that showcases only music icons and it was built to honor Music City and its deep roots into America’s history.

Musgraves celebrated the launch of the new figure with a VIP Wax Figure Reveal on September 28. Guests joined her for live entertainment, signature drinks, appetizers, and mingling with Nashville’s top socialites and influencers.

“Uncanny” Resemblance

Following the reveal, Musgraves took to Instagram to pose with the other version of herself and promote the creation. In the post, fans got a glimpse of the two side by side, showcasing the accurate features of the figure.

“Took a trip to uncanny valley. This is so weird and brilliant and I love it. Thanks for snatching me into immortality Madame Tussauds. Go see me, y’all. Xx,” Musgraves posted to Instagram.

“I Remember Everything”

On top of being welcomed into the Madame Tussauds museum, the “Butterflies” singer was recently featured on Zach Bryan’s song, “I Remember Everything.” Co-written by Musgraves, the hit song debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 earning both singers their first-ever Billboard Hot 100.

The collaborative track unfolds as a poignant ballad, weaving the narratives of two souls reflecting on their diverse recollections of a former love. Opening the song with heartfelt verses and the chorus, Bryan leads the way, and later, Musgraves lends her velvety vocals to sustain the narrative, infusing it with a blend of intense emotion and haunting melodies.
