Kane Brown and Chris Young are teaming up once again, this time on a song called “Famous Friends.”
Brown shared a teaser of the song to his social media accounts on Sunday (May 3), urging fans to ‘”blow up” Young so he would release the song.
“Blow up @ChrisYoungMusic and tell him to release our feature so u can hear the rest of the song,” Brown wrote on Twitter. “We all have famous friends.”
The upbeat number is a celebration of everyday people, like teachers, preachers and police officers, who are famous in their small towns. Click below to listen.

This isn’t the first time the superstars have joined forces. Brown and Young previously collaborated on the track “Setting the Night on Fire,” which appeared on the deluxe edition of Brown’s self-titled debut album. The singer/songwriters also toured together during Chris Young’s Losing Sleep 2018 World Tour.
It appears this song was recorded for Young’s forthcoming Raised On Country album. In May of 2019, Young shared a clip of his producer, Corey Crowder, in the studio with Brown putting the finishing touches on an unnamed song for the project.
Brown’s posts received hundreds of comments from fans, however, Young has yet to respond.
