Kelly Clarkson is the queen of country covers!
After recently sharing performances of Pam Tillis’ “Maybe It Was Memphis,” Wynonna’s “No One Else On Earth” and Jo Dee Messina’s “Heads Carolina, Tails California, the talk show host and The Voice coach is tackling another ’90s country favorite on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
On Friday, the superstar offered her take on the Faith Hill classic, “It Matters To Me.” Clarkson’s performance was filled with emotion and showcased her always powerful vocals.
“It Matters To Me” was released by Hill in late 1995 and went on to become her third No.1 single. It’s also the title track off her second studio album.
