Kelly Clarkson has done it again… The superstar put her own spin on a classic song and she absolutely crushed it!

Clarkson put a “country vibe” on “The First Cut Is The Deepest” on the latest episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. The cover aired during her ‘Kellyoke’ segment and was an instant fan-favorite.

“The First Cut Is The Deepest” was written by Cat Stevens in 1967 and recorded by a wide variety of artists throughout the years, including P. P. Arnold, Rod Stuart and Sheryl Crow.

Previous “Kellyoke” segments have featured covers of Rascal Flatts, Travis Tritt, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood and Kelsea Ballerini (just to name a few).
