Kelsea Ballerini puts her love for red wine on full display in the just-released music video for her latest single, “Hole In the Bottle.”

The fun-filled clip was directed by Hannah Lux Davis (Ariana Grande, Halsey, Doja Cat) and features Ballerini in a throwback black and white setting. As she takes a few swigs of her wine, which was served to her from a bartender who happens to look a lot like Ballerini, the songstress transports into a colorful world, where she can be seen dancing, playing chess and painting a portrait of her dog, Dibs.

Check out the brand new video below.

“Hole In the Bottle” is an upbeat country/pop number that finds the superstar drowning her sorrows in a bottle of red wine.

“There’s a hole in the bottle leaking all this wine/ It’s already empty and it ain’t even supper time/ Honey, no, I don’t miss him/ In fact, it slipped my mind/ There’s a hole in the bottle of wine,” she sings throughout the catchy chorus.

Sonically, “Hole In the Bottle” is a bit different from anything in Ballerini’s repertoire, but it’s not too far of a departure from her signature sound. Her fans will likely embrace the song and she has the potential to gain a few new fans along the way with this one.

“Hole In the Bottle” is featured on Ballerini’s latest album, kelsea.
