Kip Moore is offering fans a first taste of what’s to come on his forthcoming fifth studio album with the release of his brand new single, “Good Life.”
The country superstar joined forces with acclaimed producer Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban) for the first time ever and the move finds Moore diving into new musical territory.
“I haven’t been this fired up about new music in a good while,” Moore shared in a statement. “I’m always trying to push myself out of any comfort zones that I may have settled into during the previous project, and I think working with Jay definitely helped me with that. I wrote this song and many more while surfing this past winter and I can’t wait for the fans to hear what’s coming.”
“Good Life” was co-written by Moore alongside Dan Couch and Joyce and serves as a celebration of Moore’s easy-going lifestyle.
“I’m livin’ me a good life/ I wouldn’t change it if I could life/ I might tell you that I’ll see you on down the road/ But I’ll never tell ya goodbye/ I know I’m always right there/ South Georgia in my mommas prayers/ I’m still keeping her awake at night/ But I’m livin’ me a good, good, good, good, good life,” Moore sings on the guitar-driven chorus.
Destined to be his next radio hit, “Good Life” arrives at country radio today.
Moore’s yet-to-be-announced next studio album follows his critically acclaimed project, Wild World, which spawned the Top 15 single, “She’s Mine.”
