Laine Hardy recently released “Tiny Town,” an ode to his hometown of Livingston, Louisiana (pop. 2,000).

Written by Michael Tyler Spragg and produced by Michael Knox, the song highlights everything there is to love about small towns and the people who live in them.

“Where I’m from is just burnt into who I am,” the singer previously shared with Country Now. “It’s a permanent thing. It’s always gonna be there. And it’s what makes me happy. It’s where I get my inspiration. So all my influences come from Louisiana, and that’s what I put into my music.”

To celebrate the release of “Tiny Town,” Hardy is taking over the Country Now playlist, to share songs that remind him of his “Tiny Town.”

“Each one of these songs remind me of life here in my little piece of Louisiana or take me to the place around here where I was listening to it,” he explains. “We’ve been known to get mud on some things around here too. It’s just life shifted down a gear.”
