Last year, Lainey Wilson made her red-carpet debut with her boyfriend, Devlin “Duck” Hodges at the 2023 ACM Awards. This year, she will be celebrating her big night at the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards with her mom, Michelle by her side.
The female songstress stepped out in her red-hot pants suit with a rhinestone collar and mitching cowboy hat. Her mom also turned heads in a stunning black gown with matching heels that featured a touch of sparkle. The mother-daughter duo appeared to have a blast posing beside each other sharing their love for one another on the star-studded red carpet.
Lainey Is Up For Several Awards And Is Also Set To Perform
Wilson is heading into the highly anticipated award show as a five-time nominee in the categories of Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (“Heart Like A Truck”), Music Event of the Year (“Save Me” with Jelly Roll)” and Entertainer of the Year.
On top of being recognized among her peers, she will take the stage at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas to showcase a new song from her brand-new album, Whirlwind, coming August 23, 2024.
“It’s going to be an energetic performance. I’m excited,” the “Wildflowers And Wild Horses” singer told Country Now.
