Lauren Alaina, Cassadee Pope and Lindsay Ell teamed up for an impressive performance of Garth Brooks’ “Two Piña Coladas” on Wednesday (July 1) evening during the CMA Summer Stay-Cay special.
“So bring me two piña coladas / I want one for each hand / Let’s set sail with Captain Morgan / Oh, and never leave dry land,” Alaina, Pope and Ell sing during the chorus as they drink Pina Coladas poolside.
“Two Piña Coladas” was written by Shawn Camp, Benita Hill and Sandy Mason. The song appears on Brooks’ album, Sevens, and was released as the third single from the album in March 1998. The song debuted at No. 50 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks.
Other performances during the CMA Summer Stay-Cay include Kane Brown, Brett Young, Scotty McCreery, Lady Antebellum and more, hosted by Lindsay Ell and Jimmie Allen.
