Luke Bryan and Bobby Bones are more than ready for the return of American Idol.
The longtime friends and Idol cohorts open up about the forthcoming season in two new show previews ahead of the February 14 premiere.
In the first clip, Bryan shares his favorite thing about his role on the show and reflects on the emotions he feels when discovering new talent.
“You never know what’s gonna walk through that door,” Bryan says. “You get chill bumps all over your body when I’m at the judges’ table.”
In a separate clip, in-house mentor, Bobby Bones, opens up about having the opportunity to work with the contestants one-on-one.
“When someone goes out and performs better because I’ve been able to work with them and give them some piece of advice that I’ve learned along the way, it makes me feel so good about what we’re doing here at American Idol,” he shares.
The multi-media personality goes on to explain that “making dreams come true” is what he loves about his role on the show.
American Idol will return for its fourth season at ABC on Sunday, February 14, 2021. The new season finds the show returning to full production and promises to be the best season yet.
The upcoming season of American Idol will feature returning judges Bryan and Bones alongside returning judges Katy Perry and Lionel Richie and longtime host Ryan Seacrest.
