Luke Bryan made an attempt to turn his wife’s bad day around with a little slow dancing in the living room and he succeeded.

According to Instagram, Caroline was having a rough morning. Being the gentleman that he is, Luke wasted no time and immediately tried to bring a smile to her face. He put on Huey Lewis And The News’ 1984 hit, “If This Is It” and grabbed Caroline by the hand to dance with him.

She wasn’t having it at first, but later gave in and enjoyed it.

“I was a big grumpy cat this morning. He annoyed me until I laughed….works every time,” Caroline captioned the video clip.

Luke and Caroline have become one of country music’s best-known couples. They often share photos and videos of their life at home together on Instagram.

The pair met while attending Georgia Southern University. He was a senior, she was a freshman and they hit it off after meeting at a small bar called Dingus Magee’s. They dated on and off until Luke moved to Nashville to peruse his country music dreams. Their paths crossed sometime later and they’ve been together ever since.

The couple opted for a destination wedding, which took place in Turks & Caicos on December 8, 2006.
