Luke Bryan recently left Tennessee to film the upcoming season of American Idol in Califonia and all kinds of chaos ensued.

While he was on the set of the hit show, his wife, Caroline, and one of his dogs, Boss, were injured following an incident involving a cat.

Caroline shared the news on Instagram on Tuesday, writing, “Boot & Cone. We both needed the infirmary today….gotta be tough when you’re stupid!”

The “Down To One” singer was quick to respond to his bride.

“Damn. I leave for Idol and everyone gets hurt,” he wrote.

Caroline explained how it all went down in a separate comment.

“Boss got into a fight with a cat, I got into a fight with myself,” she shared. “We both lost!”

It looks like Caroline will be wearing the boot and Boss will be sporting the “cone of shame” for the foreseeable future.

Glad to know they’re both okay!
