Luke Bryan has promised to refund all ticket holders at his recent Arkansas concert after battling vocal issues on stage.

On Thursday, June 19, Bryan took the stage at Walmart AMP in Rogers, AR, ready to deliver a fun-filled night to a sea of fans as part of his Country Song Came On headlining tour. However, he unexpectedly started to experience vocal issues that prevented him from putting on his best show possible.

A fan took to TikTok shortly after the show, sharing a video captured from the audience that found Bryan apologizing to the crowd and noting this unfortunately is not the first time this has happened to him in Arkansas.

“I’m going to get real with y’all. This is the weirdest thing I’ve ever delt with in my life,” he began. “I cannot have my voice in this venue for some reason. It happens every time, I don’t know why. But you guys keep showing up year after year to see me put on a show.”

Feeling like his performance wasn’t up to par, Bryan took a page out of Luke Combs’ book and announced he’d be refunding everyone in attendance. He referenced Combs’ 2022 show, where the “Kinda Love We Make” singer chose to give fans their money back and still played a full set for free. At the time, Combs explained his voice wasn’t at its best and he didn’t feel right charging fans for anything less.

Bryan continued, “I saw Luke Combs do this a couple years ago when he was having a weird night onstage and I said, ‘you know what? That’s pretty cool.’ So I don’t give a damn, I’m gonna refund everybody their tickets tonight and we’re going to keep doing the damn show, okay?”

The Georgia native was clearly struggling to get through his hit-filled setlist, however he did his best with the struggles he was facing.

“I don’t know why I’ve had to do this every time, but y’all can hear,” he said as he cleared his horse throat. “So we’re going to make the most of it, let’s do it.”

With his energy still high and attitude still positive, the superstar finished out the free show. In other videos shared across social media, fans can also be heard helping him through a few of the harder performances, including a piano-driven cover of Chris Stapleton’s “Tennessee Whiskey.”

The packed crowd continued to sing along all night long, making it clear they appreciated his willingness to push through the show on top of offering a full refund.

“Honestly, we really appreciated him doing that. My immediate response was to run to the merchandise shop and buy a couple T-shirts out of support and love for Luke Bryan. I respect him even more for doing that for his fans,” one fan shared with Country Now.

Luke Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour kicked off with three SOLD OUT shows across the Northeast at the beginning of June. He then took stepped away from showcasing his brand-new set design on the road and returned to Nashville to close out CMA Fest at Nissan Stadium on Sunday, June 8.

He has tapped Avery Anna, Drake Milligan, and George Birge as special guests on select dates across the run.

Bryan was originally scheduled to perform tonight, June 20, in Dallas, TX followed by a show in Lafayette, LA on June 21. However, he has since issued a statement, revealing he has been forced to reschedule both shows. He will now take the stage in Lafayette, LA on September 11 and Dallas, TX on September 12. Anyone who purchased tickets for the original dates are being advised to “hold on to your tickets” as they will be honored for the rescheduled shows.

The remainder of the Country Song Came On Tour is set to run through September 6 followed by his fall Farm Tour dates from September 18-20.
