Country superstar Luke Combs is set to make his debut appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live this week and he’s already in the Big Apple preparing for the show.

The reigning CMA Male Vocalist of the Year is the musical guest for the show’s February 1 episode, which will be hosted by special guest, NFL Player JJ Watt.

In a recently released teaser for the show, Combs and Watt appear alongside SNL‘s Aidy Bryant where she dubs this week “big boy week.”

“Ya scared,” Watt asks her in the clip.

“No, I can hang, trucks, beer, country music – hoo-rah,” she replies.

After Watt insists, “That’s not what it’s about,” Combs interjects saying, “We also like tractors.”

Check out the clip above for more with Combs, Watt and Bryant.

Saturday Night Live airs on NBC Saturdays at 11:30 pm ET.

Shortly after his SNL appearance, Combs will launch his much-anticipated 2020 What You See Is What You Get Tour, which kicks off February 7 in Columbia, MO.
