Miranda Lambert is marking the 20th anniversary of her career-changing major label debut, Kerosene, in a very special way. Today, she released “I Don’t Love Here Anymore,” a never-before-heard track recorded during the original album sessions. Additionally, the songstress announced that on April 25, fans will be able to get their hands on Kerosene on vinyl for the first time ever.
As she said in a new Instagram post, “It’s about damn time for this y’all!”
Kerosene debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart upon its March 15, 2005 release and eventually earned a Platinum certification by the RIAA. These songs laid the foundation for her iconic career, leading all the way up to her latest project, Postcards from Texas, which also serves as Lambert’s 10th consecutive Top 10 album.
“This album changed everything for me,” Lambert shares of the project. “It’s where my journey truly began, and I can hardly believe it’s been 20 years. Releasing Kerosene on vinyl for the first time—and sharing a never-before-heard song from that era—feels incredibly special. I can’t wait for y’all to hear it and relive the fire that started it all!”
This is an incredibly important project for the Texas native to celebrate as it will forever be honored for the impact it had on her career 20 years ago. It’s safe to say that the artist she was at that time would be incredibly proud of how far she’s come and the path she’s paved for to her female acts to follow.
Miranda Lambert offers a dose of pure nostalgia for her day one fans through “I Don’t Love Here Anymore.” She wrote and recorded the song back in 2005, proving her belief that “country music never gets old.”

Her youthful vocals come through clear as day amid the slow tempo tune as the powerful storytelling depicts a woman who feels unsettled in her relationship. While she’s technically content with the way things are, she also knows that there’s better out there and that the love-filled memories she and her other half once made have been replaced by sadness.
“What good are these wings if you don’t wanna fly?/ Why share these two rings if the sorrow’s only mine?/ I don’t know about you, but I’ve lost what I came for/ It’s an alright place to live, but I don’t love here anymore,” she sings on the emotive chorus.
The anniversary release of “I Don’t Love Here Anymore” follows Miranda Lambert’s latest single “Run,” which arrived at Country radio on Feb. 24 with 73 first-week adds.
The three-time GRAMMY Award-winner is gearing up for a busy year on the road. She has been tapped to join Morgan Wallen for several stadium dates of the upcoming I’m The Problem Tour, in addition to headlining sets at festivals throughout the summer.
