John Morgan – “Remember Us”
Multi No. 1 hit songwriter John Morgan celebrates the release of his six-song debut EP with the title track, “Remember Us,” out today. This mid-tempo tune highlights the pain of a breakup as the rising star finds himself caught up on the “could-have-been’s” and “used-to-be’s” while reminiscing on the good memories of his past relationship. As much as the song demonstrates his longing to go back to those better days of being together, Morgan knows things will never be the same. His gritty vocals stand out among the epic steel guitar and pounding drumbeats that make up the standout tune he penned with Justin Wilson, Kyle Fishman and Rodney Clawson.
“This ain’t a trying to stir it up again thing / That you’re hearing me say right now with a whole bottle half-drunk down / Maybe it’s the whiskey talking or maybe it’s just the memory walking me / Back to the good as it gets / Making me miss every kiss / Making me wish I could just call you up / Put some beer in the truck / And ride around all night / Just like I remember us,” Morgan delivers on the chorus.

Kelleigh Bannen – “I Know Better Now”
Kelleigh Bannen is diving back into her artistry with the release of her first new music in four years – “I Know Better Now.” The fresh tune was written solely by Logan Wall and follows the female vocalist’s hit album, Favorite Colors, and single “The Optimist,” both of which dropped in 2019. Filled with deeply personally messages, the powerful ballad demonstrates a seamless delivery of Bannen’s buttery vocals while unveiling some tough love on the reality of life through the sounds of elegant piano and violin instrumentals. “I Know Better Now” also marks the first taste of Bannen’s forthcoming album that’s currently in the works.
Bringing her heart to the forefront of the vulnerable chorus, Bannen sings, “But I know better now / I know a deep breath keeps you breathing / I know your heart’s beating if you’re bleeding prayer keeps you flying / When the weight’s trying to drag you down / I know a song keeps you singing a little curve keeps you swinging / You lean a lot harder onto faith when your luck runs out / The pain cuts to the nerve / And I’m no stranger to the hurt / But I know better now.”

Matt Stell – “Breakin’ in Boots”
Matt Stell delivers a hot new heartbreak anthem titled “Breakin’ in Boots.” Putting his crisp and endearing vocals on display, Stell sets the truth straight about the “cowboy killer,” which he refers to as the type of girl he meets at the bar and immediately knows she’s got the power to leave his heart broken at the end of the night. No matter how hard one tries to win her over, he warns that “She’ll burn you like the bourbon in the bottle she’s shootin’.” Penned by Stell with Ben Stennis, Joe Fox and Nate Cyphert, “Breakin In Boots” has already become a fan-favorite in the hitmaker’s live shows with its upbeat, get-on-your-feet sound and clever sing-along style lyrics.
“So every time I’ve had my heartbroken, I think I’ve been wearing my boots, and it’s usually done by cowboy killer wearing hers. This song is, it’s about that, it’s about when you walk into a bar and you see someone who could just break your heart, just by looking at them cause they’re so petty and just so much trouble. I thought man, that deserves a song,” Stell shared of the new tune via social media.

Delivering wisdom far beyond his years, James channels his Papaw’s advice on how to stay young as the acoustic guitar strums elevate the tune’s nostalgic energy, which he penned alongside Jacob Davis and Josh Miller
“I always wanted to write a song that honored my grandfather. He was the one that not only got me started in music but taught me so many things,” James shares. “I think ‘Young Man’ is going to connect with a lot of people and in many ways already has. I’m really proud of this song.”

Morgan Evans – “Thank God She’s a Country Girl”
Turning his Australian-bred country sound up a notch, Morgan Evans reimagines a true twang-filled classic with his latest release, “Thank God She’s a Country Girl.” Inspired by John Denver’s “Thank God I’m a Country Boy,” Evans’ new Chris DeStefano-produced track celebrates the kind of small-town girl who’s “Sweet as a Georgia pеach” and loves Alabama, the sound of the fiddle, fried pickles. While the storyline may have been slightly altered from Denver’s classic tune, the updated version penned by Evans, Jesse Frasure and John Sommers holds the same light-hearted spirit full of tongue in cheek lyrics and boot-stomping beat featuring sounds of the fiddle, steel guitar and homegrown style guitar riffs.
“Making this song has just been pure fun from start to finish,” said Evans. “It was an absolute pleasure to rework such a classic song and, with the approval of John Martin Sommers, the writer of ‘Thank God I’m A Country Boy,’ I’m stoked to put this one out into the world! I hope it puts a smile on your face and gets your feet moving wherever in the world you are!”

Charles Esten sends a comforting message to those experiencing grief with his new country-rock song, “Somewhere In The Sunshine.” The multi-talent took his storytelling skills to new heights alongside hitmaker Jon Nite, who helped him pen the inspiring ballad from the perspective of someone who has passed on. Sending down messages of love, Esten’s calming vocals reassure those still on Earth that their late loved ones are in fact in a better place and have found peace in a new happy place. The touching story of love, hope and grief was elevated by Marshall Altman’s production as well as the dreamy sounds of a miniature pump organ, rich guitar and booming drums.
“I’m somewhere in the sunshine / Soaking up a blue sky, while that river rolls by / I’m smiling on the bank / No more pain, I’m finally free / I’m right where I’m meant to be / No I ain’t there beneath that Georgia pine / I’m somewhere in the sunshine,” Esten sings effortlessly on the chorus.
