Sam Hunt brought his latest hit, “Hard To Forget” to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday (April 13), performing the song solo from the studio.

“Hey everybody, my band couldn’t join me this evening, so I’m gonna try to make it through here at the studio. This is our new song, it’s called ‘Hard To Forget,’” the country superstar shared in the clip.

Backed by a track, Hunt went on to perform the upbeat song while picking a guitar.

“Hard To Forget” is the latest single from his new album, Southside, which debuted atop of the Billboard Country Albums Chart this week. With sales over 45,900, Southside is the biggest country album debut of 2020 so far.

The 12-track record was entirely co-written by Hunt and includes hits such as “Body Like a Backroad”, “Drinking Too Much”, “Downtown’s Dead”, “Kinfolks” and “Sinning with You.”

Hunt will celebrate the new album with his Southside Summer Tour, which has now been pushed back to a July 10 launch date due to the COIVD-19 pandemic. Click HERE to see an updated list of Hunt’s tour dates.
